EME-Engler set the course more than 35 years ago. Today EME filling systems are a by-word throughout the world for rational foodstuffs filling, whether the products are liquids such as juices and oils, solids such as fruits and vegetables, fats such as margarine, ready to serve meals or dry goods such as nuts, rice or – in the cosmetic and chemical industry – pills, vanishing creme and lotions.
All EME filling machines are made from the highest quality stainless steels and other inert materials and work with packaging components such as glass, metal, paper or plastic containers.
Constant development a high level of involvement with customers, and a willingness to consider individual requirements has taken EME to their leading position as filling machine manufacturer for food products. EME systems operate with total reliability throughout the world.
Regular contact with the food industry’s major manufacturers and the fostering of these contacts at international exhibitions such as the ANUGA, INTERPACK and GIA are of central importance to EME in maintaining their leading position.

Merger with Steiner Apparatebau GmbH
Cooking plants for the food industry
The company Steiner Apparatebau GmbH was merged with the company EME Engler Maschinen in Heilbronn. In the course of this, the company headquarters were also relocated to Heilbronn.
The long friendship and business relationship between Mr. Wolf Rüdiger Steiner and Mr. Joachim Engler provided the basis for not letting the company Steiner Apparatebau GmbH expire, but rather to continue the business through Mr. Joachim Engler.
The supply of spare parts as well as the support for new machines of the Steiner program is therefore still guaranteed.
